You will be greeted by the owner or her wonderful staff. Make yourself at home. Open the coolers and look at the meals (macros listed on every meal) if you’d like. If you are new to the world of nutrition, we will help you find the meals that fit you best. Shop at your pace for 1 or as many meals as you would like from our pre-packaged a-la-carte menu.
Order On-Line for SAME DAY PICK-UP
Order meals on our user-friendly website. Choose from a variety of pre-cooked, healthy, clean, and portioned meals. You will be notified via text or email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Order On-Line for SAME DAY DELIVERY
We deliver healthy, clean, portioned meals right to your doorstep. Place your order BEFORE 3PM for same day delivery. Deliveries start at 3pm. You will be notified via text that we are enroute to your home.
