This program was created for individuals who want to eat healthy during the week, but are heading out to events over the weekend or for clients on a budget. Can you eat whatever you want on Saturday and Sunday? Not exactly! We encourage you to focus on moderation at such times, and learn from our portioned meals.
Meals include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks per day.
Regular Portions: $160-$180 per week
Large Portions: $200-$220 per week
HOW TO GET STARTED

- Fill out a nutrition questionnaire form at our store, down below or here.
- Most clients prefer us to pick their meals, however you can chose your meals from the variety that we have in-store on the days you pickup.
- Each day is bagged up separately and labeled.
- Pick up your meals 2x per week.
- Pay as you pick up!
