Online Ordering for Pickups

You may cancel your order up to 15 minutes after the order has been placed.  After the cancellation window of 15 minutes, you will be charged for your order whether or not you chose to pick up your meals.  The amount charged will not be refunded for any reason.  We will be notified by SMS text and/or phone call when your order is ready to be picked up, one time only.

Online Ordering for Delivery

You may cancel your order up to 15 minutes after the order has been placed.  After the cancellation window of 15 minutes, you will be charged for your order.  Upon arrival to your designated address for delivery if no one accepts the order, it will be returned to our store front at 1315 W. Grand Parkway S. Katy TX 77494, suite 114.  At that point the buyer will be responsible to pick up the meals at the above address.  You will be notified by SMS text and/or a phone call when your order is ready to be picked up.  If you would like your meals delivered with a thermal bag with ice packs you will need to contact CitrusBlue at 832.437.2229. Once an online order has been placed for in-store pickup, meals cannot be exchanged.
